Privacy Policy

MailFolio opens email-container files locally on your Apple device. The app requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party conversion service.

What the app handles

When you choose a file, MailFolio reads its message content, headers and attachments on the device solely to provide the feature you requested. A private copy may be retained in the app’s Application Support container so the file can appear in your private library. You can delete individual files or clear the library from Settings.

MailFolio does not send imported messages, attachments, searches or generated exports to Eutopix Labs. HTML email is rendered with scripts, forms, remote resources and external navigation blocked. The app’s privacy manifest declares no data collection and no tracking.

Purchases and sharing you initiate

Apple processes the MailFolio Pro purchase under its own privacy terms. MailFolio receives StoreKit product and entitlement status, not your payment-card details. When you choose Preview, Share, Reply, Forward, Save or Export, Apple system interfaces and the destination you select process the resulting file or draft.

Website and support

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process limited request and security data such as IP address, request headers, timestamps and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. If you email support, we process your address, message, technical details and any files you deliberately provide to answer the request.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving support, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we specifically ask for it. Cloudflare and our email provider act as processors or independent providers under their applicable terms. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Imported copies remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Temporary preview and share files may be removed by the operating system. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved, unless longer retention is needed for a legal claim or obligation. Security logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to protect and operate the site.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Polish data-protection authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, or your local supervisory authority.

Children and changes

MailFolio is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. We may update this policy when the product, providers or law changes; the date above identifies the current version.
