Terms of Use

LAST UPDATED · 23 JULY 2026

These terms govern MailFolio and the mailfolio.app website, provided by Eutopix Labs Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0001237465, NIP/VAT PL7011310736 (“Eutopix Labs”, “we”). By downloading or using MailFolio, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Licence and permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use MailFolio on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Standard EULA. You may use the app only with files you are authorised to access. You must not misuse the app, circumvent purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it to infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.

MailFolio Pro

MailFolio Pro is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the advertised Pro features for the Apple Account used to buy it, subject to Apple’s App Store, regional availability and Family Sharing rules. The price shown by Apple before confirmation is the price that applies. Apple processes payment, taxes, cancellation and refunds. MailFolio includes Restore Purchase.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If applicable digital-content law gives you rights concerning conformity, remedies, updates, cancellation or withdrawal, those rights continue to apply. We may release compatibility, security or feature updates. You should install updates within a reasonable time; failing to install an update may affect operation where the law permits.

Format compatibility

Email-container formats vary by sender, software version, server and third-party producer. MailFolio supports the variants described on its product page but cannot guarantee that every malformed, encrypted, proprietary or future variant will decode completely. You remain responsible for checking exported records before relying on them for legal, financial, regulatory, archival or evidentiary purposes.

Your files and exports

You keep all rights in your files. MailFolio does not claim ownership of imported content. You choose which files to open, retain, delete, share and export and are responsible for recipients and destinations selected through system interfaces. Keep independent backups of important source files.

Intellectual property and trademarks

MailFolio, its design, code and branding are owned by Eutopix Labs or its licensors. Microsoft, Outlook, Apple, iPhone, iPad and Mac are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names describe compatibility only; MailFolio is independent and is not endorsed by Microsoft or Apple.

Availability and liability

We work to keep MailFolio reliable and secure, but availability may be interrupted by operating-system changes, App Store services, corrupted files or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk or material breach, subject to applicable law. We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons; material changes will be communicated where required.

Governing law

Polish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Apple terms

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
