MailFolio supports MSG, OFT, EML, EMLX, MBOX, MHT, MHTML and Winmail.dat files on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Before contacting support

1. Confirm the file extension is one MailFolio supports.
2. Try opening the file from Files using Share → MailFolio.
3. For a purchase issue, open Settings and choose Restore Purchase.
4. Include your device model, OS version, MailFolio version, file format and exact error text.

Protect sensitive mail

Do not email confidential files in an initial request. Start with the error and format. If a diagnostic file is required, support will explain how to create a safe, redacted sample.
